```Duties```
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our senior design team to assist in the creation and development of various design projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the senior design team to create and modify 2D and 3D designs using software such as SolidWorks, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Assisting in the preparation of project drawings, including drafting and detailing.
- Participating in design reviews and providing input on design improvements.
- Conducting research on new design trends and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
- Assisting in the coordination of project activities, including communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Supporting the senior design team in various administrative tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
- Strong technical skills in drafting and detailing.
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with NavisWorks for project coordination is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
